Do you offer domain registration?
Yes, you can register your domains with us through iRegisterNames.com starting at $9.95 per year.
What are the nameservers that I can use for my domains?

How can I manage my virtual account?
You will be given a login url and a username/password combo once your account has been setup. This will give you a web based control panel from which you can mange your account. You can also email support@phatservers.net if you would prefer to have our techs help you set up something on your account
How do I upgrade from a virtual plan to a shared or dedicated plan?
If you have outgrown your current plan or have plans to expand you can email sales@phatservers.net and let us know which plan you are considering or we can put together a custom dedicated plan to meet your needs.
How many I.P.'s does my virtual account include?
You will get 1 IP for your account. If you need more you can email support@phatservers.net and they can assign you what you need at a cost of $1 per month per unique IP.
How do I monitor the Performance of my shared account server?
We manage the servers for you and actively monitor the performance of each shared server so you can concentrate building your site and business.
How do I upgrade from a Shared Account to a Dedicated?

How many IP's does my Shared plan allow?
You will get up to 2 IP's on Plan 1 and 4 on Plan 2 for your account. If you need more you can email support@phatservers.net and they can assign you what you need at a cost of $1 per month per unique IP.
How many users are on each shared server
Each shared server is limited to 8 users max.
What does colocation mean?
Colocating a server is when you ship us your server, or purchase one from us and we place it in our
datacenter. By doing this you remove the continued cost of the server that is charged when ordering a
dedicated server.
What happens to my servers when they are no longer needed?
When you are finished with the server, simply pay the shipping and we will ship it back to you with no
additional fees. We also allow users to turn off the server for up to 1 month if necessary.
What is the difference between Managed and UnManaged?
On unmanaged colo accounts you are responsible for taking care of your server. We include remote hands service for reboots. All managed plans mean we handle all OS upgrades and maintain security for the server and can assist in script installs as well as help you trouble shoot any problems that arise.

Billing FAQs
What payment methods do you allow?
We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, wire transfers and PayPal Payments.
Do you have automatic Credit Card Billing?
To set up automatic credit card billing, you will need to sign
our credit card authorization form and email the completed form
to: billing@phatservers.net or fax it to 877.805.6542.
Do I have to have a long term of contract?
There is no required minimum contract. By default, all accounts are billed monthly on the anniversary of service activation. If you would like to pay quarterly contact billing@phatservers.net.
Paypal Payments:
If you are paying by Paypal, please reference your invoice# or
full name on the comment section so that your account is properly
credited. Our PayPal address is: billing@phatservers.net.
Company Check Payments:
Please reference the Invoice# you are making a payment for.
Invoice Errors:
Please email us ASAP and include the invoice in the email. Also
use your full name or company name so that we can address the
proper account.
How do I receive my invoice every month?
We send invoices by email in PDF Format.
